Fee Schedule

New Patient Visits: 

• New Patient Pediatric Visit (45 minutes): $300​​​
  *New rates will be effective starting January 1, 2026

• New Patient Visit, Standard (60 minutes): $400​
  *New rates will be effective starting January 1, 2026

• Vaccine Consult (60 minutes): $400​​

Established Patients:​​​

• Standard Pediatric Follow-up (30 minutes): $200​

• Extended Follow-up with Lab Review (45-60 minutes):$250-$300

Messaging Fees: 

​We acknowledge that questions and concerns come up, and we want to be available to support you every step of the way. Messages with questions for clarification regarding the previous treatment plan will be answered free of charge. For questions regarding new concerns or requiring updates to the treatment plan (Exception: Stage 1 Treatment Protocol), $15 will be charged for every 5 minutes necessary to reference/update charts and appropriately answer questions.

Cancellation Policy:

Last-minute appointment cancellations are difficult to fill and do not allow us enough time to reach out to those on our cancellation list. Missed appointments or cancellations within less than 24 hours notice will be charged for the appointment in full.
